SureVend

Vending's biggest problem has been solved - No more product jams! SureVend uses special infrared technology to ensure that your products vend properly. If a selection doesn't drop, SureVend detects the failure and tries again twice. And if for some reason it still won't drop, consumers can select another product or choose to receive their money back. With this SureVend Technology, you'll avoid tedious service calls, failed vends, and frustrated consumers.

Handheld Devices

All route drivers carry handheld technology that tracks all items purchased within the machines. By using handheld technology, route schedules can be made more timely and efficiently in addition to tracking fast moving items in the machines.

Using handheld computers, each ARC Vending route driver electronically downloads all sales, inventory and cash accounting data from each vending machine. The data collected from each customer visit includes exact product sales (i.e. how many Snickers bars sold over the last day, week or month). In addition, we closely monitor the exact amount of coins and bills collected from each service visit.

From an item-level merchandising perspective, ARC Vending uses this data to ensure desirable and popular selling products are stocked in each of its vending machines. Thus, a unique product plan-o-gram or customized menu program can be designed and implemented for each customer.

GPS Equipped Vehicles

To better serve our customers, all our service trucks are equipped with a GPS tracking system. At ARC Vending, we always know the location of our technicians throughout the day. In addition to a GPS tracking system all our route drivers have Blackberry or Nextel devices for fast, easy accessibility.

Credit Card Acceptors

Vending machines installed can also equipped with credit card acceptors, which give the customer the ability to purchase items using coins, currency along with Credit or Debit cards. In many of our locations we see a large portion of our sales coming from cashless transactions.
